Finally Back Up and Running

Hey everyone sorry for not really being active this past week, got really sick but finally back and ready to go get some pips this week.
I have been looking at the news and seems that we have a Japanese holiday this Tuesday so we should all keep an eye on that. I will still trade this week, since Monday is still an active day but will shorten my trades and make my take profit a bit tighter.
Hope everyone has been doing well and cannot wait for tomorrow night. Until then good luck with everything and we will see what happens this week.

Hi Gus,
Gotta question on the GMT time you use. I am quiet confuse, and I am sorry because I know it is a very simple question.
For example in the 15M Breakout, you say that we have to mark the 1st candle at 7AM EST and the last candle at 9AM EST.
Later you say it means you mark the 1st candle at 11AM GMT and the last candle at 1PM GMT.
I always thought that 7AM EST was 1PM GMT.
Am I wrong?

Hey it is 1100 GMT to 1300 GMT, I might be wrong but those are the settings I have been using so I do not know but those are them.
Also I am not using that 15min anymore has been too iffy.
